一、基本情况:

2008年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所凝聚态专业,获博士学位。2008-2012年先后在法国Tours大学和美国Temple大学从事博士后研究。2015年获苏州市高等院校、科研院所紧缺高层次人才引进资助。

二、主要研究领域及学术成果:

研究工作主要集中在钙钛矿氧化物薄膜和异质结构的可控制备、性能调控及其在新型微电子器件中的应用。主要研究方向包括:(1)多功能钙钛矿氧化物人工结构的设计及性能调控研究,(2)氧化物界面新奇物性的探索、调控及其在未来微纳器件中的应用。获2011年湖北省自然科学二等奖一项,2016~2017年度苏州市自然科学优秀论文三等奖两项,2018年江苏省教育教学与研究成果三等奖。在Appl. Phys. Lett.、Phys. Rev. B、J. Appl. Phys.、J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys.等国际主流物理期刊发表SCI论文近60余篇,SCI总引用次数近700次。
